Project Details
Our role was to prepare the land and lay the foundation for what’s to come. We cleared and graded the site, dug ponds, and shaped the land to bring the vision to life. Our team installed storm, water, and sewer systems, along with a City of St. Augustine–owned lift station that will not only serve this project but also the surrounding neighborhood. We also built roads, sidewalks, irrigation, and landscaping to ready the site for vertical construction.
